What is a credit?

Each task costs either 1 credit for small tasks, or 3 credits for medium tasks. Bigger tasks are broken down into smaller sub-tasks. If Jack finds that additional tasks are needed to solve a problem, you will be notified to approve the uses of additional credits.

What's an example of a small task?

Install, change or updating a theme. Troubleshooting or fixing theme errors. Creating a child theme. Installing or updating a plugin. Troubleshooting plugin issues. Find an d replace text. Importing or exporting a database.Preventing spam. Updating images. Upgrading the WordPress core.

What's an example of a medium task?

What's an example of a bigger tasks?

Creating a new site. Adding custom functionality to a plugin or theme. Creating a new plugin. Fixing difficult bugs or conflicts. Making your site responsive.

What happens if I don’t use all of my credits?

This is a monthly credit cycle. Every month your credits reset and do not roll in to the following month.

What if I use all my credits and need more?

You can upgrade to the next tier of support, or you can buy additional credits on a one-time basis.
